To be eligible, applicants must:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED

• Provide a letter of enrollment from a trade school, junior college, or university

• Submit official transcripts from their most recent educational institution

• Include three recommendation letters from non-family members who can speak to their character, achievements, or potential

• Provide answers to the essay prompts in the required format
